The Loudoun County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is a local non-profit, conservation chapter  of the Izaak Walton League of America, Inc. (IWLA).

We are dedicated to the promotion of the means and opportunities for educating the public to conserve, maintain, protect and restore the soil, forest, water, air, wildlife and other natural resources of the United States, in Virginia and more specifically in Loudoun County. Further, we promote the enjoyment and wholesome utilization of those outdoor resources.

Our chapter members are dedicated outdoors people active in local conservation issues. We maintain a private membership facility on grounds located about six miles south of Leesburg, Virginia.

Va. DGIF Hunter Safety Class Aug 23rd and 24th. Register now while there are still seats left!; In Virginia, first time hunters and hunters 12 to 15 years of age are required to complete the hunter education course before buying a hunting license, and to present the course completion certificate when the license is purchased.
The Loudoun County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America is sponsoring the course free of charge at our Chapter grounds. The course is free but advanced registration is required. Both sessions are required. There are no restaurants close by so bring your lunch to the session on Saturday the 23rd. NRA Range Safety Officer and Basic Instructor Training classes are being held at the Chapter.
